Because we’ve received so many requests for updates about Lea, so many emails asking for more information about this incredible community that has developed over the years, and because it’s just easier to keep folks “in the loop” through a single source like this.

As many of you know, my amazing big sister Lea is undergoing a bone marrow transplant in her ongoing battle with Leukemia. There has been an outpouring of support for Lea, and for our family… thank you! Keep it coming! We LOVE it!!!! It has helped us through many long days.

Lea is doing REALLY well, and is on Day +7 of her bone marrow transplant. Her hair started falling out in a big way yesterday, so she got rid of the remainder on her own.

Lea’s doing great… and I’m inspired by her every day!
